11pm to am shift rang bell for over 45 min for help to use the bathroom no on responded and I soiled the bed, staff ? was "what did you do and why did not ring the bell" I rag for help for over 45 min also rang bell one other time with no response after at least 40 min so i went to the bath room myself and was so weak I could not stand and was on the floor for over 1 hour, the call bell was not in my reach. the same day I had xrays done to r/o injury, there sould be an incident report on that issue. Also I was told I was drinking too much water and they threatened to take my water and I filed a complaint. also the inhouse doctor saw me 1 time but billed for daily visits, i think the doctor was charging to review my chart. I was told no weekend discharges were allowed, but I then left that week end, after talking with my surgeon and counsil day time care was very good and therapy was excellent but I was told by staff there was no sup on the overnight shift and other people had also complained be careful of this facility.

On two occasions in a 14 hour period medication was left for the patient at the bedside while patient was not in room. Staff didn't introduce themselves and were completely unattentive. Patient ended up being transferred via 911 ambulance call because of unresponsiveness only discovered because her children were with her. Assumed drug overdose. Who knows what was give to patient. Devon Manor Care should be shut down. The nursing care is non-existant and negligent.
