Details:

Food is cold residents that need help sit there for a long time then they exspect them to want to eat cold food some of them do not even know what to do with the food in front of them and they say they did not want to eat which is not true because I have seen this on several occasions and oxygen tanks don't work half the time so how many have been without oxygen before a family member has to say something I am really dis appointed with this place
