My mother spent over 2 years in Meadowbrook Acres with Alzheimer's. She was treated extremely well. The facility is small so the staff know each patient. The facility is very nice and just had an upgrade. I visited at several different times during the day and the staff was always kind and respectful to the residents. I would highly recommend

Is it possible for a 60 yr. old person, currently living at home, on Medicaid to be admitted from home -- or must it be a direct admit from the hospital? Thank you.
