This place is the worst. Slow to answer when someone calls. Does not change the residents clothing even when it's soiled. may take more than a day to clean the resident. Very unfriendly staff, poor care, not very clean. Service is extremely poor to the point of the resident was injured because of lack of assistance. They don't care, it's all about the money, nothing more. Arrogant, no respect given, no dignity for the residents. That's sad as these are people taking care of people and they don't care. Very sad. Not a place to take someone you love, they may not come out of there.
