This provider need to start all over agian and get people who care about helping people in there. Make sure to let the familys know what is going on with there loved one and not to get mouthly when the family asks a quetion about there loved one. They need to clean more so that the place does not smell. As for the physically tharaphy thay need to start over there to. When you are there to get better and be able to do things on your own again they should push a little bit to do what you need to do to get better and not say well if you are tired then we are done for the day. There need to be more things for people to do and not just set in there rooms and do nothing. They should be out of there rooms and doing theings to keep there minds going and to make them stronger.
