My son has visited the facility twice in the last 45 days for 72 hour assessments. While the medical services are adequate the financial services appear on the shady side. Myra Ruiz from the business office is extremely aggressive and abrupt when explaining costs. Charges and pay arrangements are very quickly disclosed, authorizations and contracts are quickly pushed for signatures. Word of caution "READ" and fully understand what you are agreeing to.

I have remained sober (with one slip, but who is counting) for 2 years after participating in the 4 day open unit followed with 2 months of daily hard work in the outpatient program- the "staff" beginning with the wonderful woman who "talked " me into admitting myself (I had every excuse, children and resposibilities blah blah blah) to the counselors who believed I could do it, are to be praised. I always believed everyone cared.
