I want to start by saying that I have all ways been treated with resipct by the staff at all times.I think that the secrity people could be trained a little bit more but thats here or there. This facility only has I window to dose about a thousand or more people so the wait can be very long especially ever other Monday and Fridays because of take home so I think they should have another line just for those that are picking up a week or more meds and their is a big problems with all the transition ppl (vans)full of people that don't work ext. .,All come rolling in at the same time witch will back things up and you have to stand in line for an hour or more in rain .snow whatever weather it is out side if you can't get in the building.at this time only like 6 ppl can be up stairs and only about ten to fifteen ppl can cram in the hall down stairs.some of theses ppl really want help and are not their just for their daily fix.so people that drive their self to the treatment center and those that all so work should NOT have to wait in the same line as those that come in the Vans All so their should be a better set up program to see the Doctors and the DR.S SHOULD BE THERE AT THE TIME THAT THE PERSON IS GIVEN TO SEE THEM.....For most of the time the DR.are all ways late they should be their by 8am because they tell people to come in at 6am and 7am and even 8am and the DR.S are never there on time.Theses are just my option on what I see needs to be changed. The older lady miss CLAIRECS...Is a very nice lady and does her job very very well .Thank you JW
