If this would allow me to give no star I would. I have been a patient for 5 years. The only reason I have stayed is because of my Doctor. Now that she is leaving and opening her own practice, I don't have to worry about being treated in the disrespectful, incompetent manner that I have put up with for the past 5 years. I was there yesterday, and went as far at to talk to the so called manager of the facility and she was about as concerned as the rest of the staff. The entire staff is rude, has no regard for human compassion, they do not look at you, very robotic in the way they work. The office is confused and it appears deals with daily caos. I had a credit on my account for over a year, but did the facility refund my money, no they continued to charge me a co pay each visit ignoring my credit and when brought to there attention numerous times, do you think I have received my credit, NO I have not. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes, after someone has picked up he line 4 times and now the phone is just ringing what a bunch of pathetic, usless people. I have made it my mission to make sure that I have contacted the AMA, the BBB and ever other entity that regulates this facility. I will NOT STOP WITH THIS MISSION UNTIL EVERY PERSON AT THAT FACILITY IS EITHER FIRED, RETRAINED AND INVESTIGATED. POOR SERVICE FROM ALL................

2 years ago, my 3:30 appointment turned into a 6:30 appt and no one on the staff came out to say there would be a delay. Had to demand my copay back. Staff is obviously medicated as they could not look you in the eye and were extremely rude and despondant. No apologies, no excuses, just "What's your name so I can find the Credit card payment and reverse it." 2 years later, they call and state that I missed my appointment and wanted my new insurance info because i no longer have the BCBS. I told them that I never made an appointment and never will as that is the worst place I have EVER experieinced... and I was working in 3rd world countries!!!. Inept office, money hungry, inefficient, and uncaring. BEWARE!!!

Although I was on time the psychiatrist was over 30 minutes late getting to me. Before she even asked me anything about my life she felt it necessary to comment on my weight. Yes, I am a touch overweight and am currently working to lose that weight and if she had bothered to ask me anything about me she would have known that. Pretty much, Dr. Barnard was only worried about my weight. She being a twig herself I'm sure she has no idea what it's like to struggle with a few extra pounds. I left mortified and humiliated. I will not be attending my follow up appointment.

Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes When I finally went back to the window, the receptionist had to look up the therapist’s # in the back to call her to let her know I was here. The therapist wasn’t even on the promises. The receptionist told me she will be here in 10 minutes, I waited an other 10 minutes, she still did not show up. I can’t believe the receptionist did not inform her that I was here in the first place when I got there 10 minutes before my appointment. What kind of business is that

I was sent to Orlando Behavioral Health for an incident that happened at work. I was immediately sent to a months worth of group sessions and was not able to say my side of what happened to me. I asked the recepetionists multiple times and gave them a written authorization to fax over my documents to my disability insurance company but they still dragged their feet and claimed that they did not get the authorization. I would not recommend this faciltiy to anyone. The only descent workers there were the counsler who gave me therapy and one of the doctors that I was able to see three times.

The Staff at the Maitland office is rude. The one's at the Orlando not...the Mental Health Counselors attend in both offices. Never been to the Kissimme office. Other than that not much real "therapy" other than refer you to their Psychiatrist to be medicated to go back to their sessions just to hear you talk...at one time one of them was falling as sleep during a visit. Maybe they are good at treating people with addictions but their Mental health counselors aren't really good at treating "average" psychological issues.

Doctors take forever to fill out preauthorization forms knowing that the wait is keeping you from being properly medicated. I needed a phsych clearance for surgery and after waiting 3 weeks for it I was told it would cost me $100. I didn't have the money but would in just one week. They would not give the clearance letter until I paid. I was not the primary focus of my doctors care, but money was.

My daughter was prescribed Ritalin for her ADHD and as customary our insurance provider needed a follow up call from the attending Physician. Unfortunately, after waiting for over two weeks to have the Doctor contact the insurance carrier and several call to the Maitland office of the Orlando Behavioral Health Care. My daughter was advised that they were very busy to have done so. After this people were advised that albeit they may be well be busied, it was their professional obligation to fallow up with the insurance company ,to which the Office manager responded that this remark was rude and then proceeded to terminate the call. Following this event. I then called the office manager and was advised that she would "ENDEAVOR TO RETURN MY CALL AT HER EARLIEST CONVENIENCE" So much for patient care and concern!

The care that I currently recieve at OBH has been outstanding. The Drs are considerate and kind. The staff is quite helpful as long as there is a common knowledge that to treat people the way you would like to be treated. I have never had any issues, but I have seen when the client has been extreamly rude and the staff member never lost their cool!
