im wondering how people are suppose to know what the patients can have im very upset that i sent my family member henry a necklace and they said he couldnt have it but he can have an ipod a hat and all this other stuff like colone..that makes no sense i try calling but noone answers i am really upset i need to talk to the person who runs this center
