You should call this place druggie day care, You're the meanest heartless staff of people I've ever seen. The nurses couldn't care less keep your mouth shut taking medication stay out of their way so they can sit behind the nurses station and eat their munchies and grow their butts big. The guy that runs the place has a scorched earth policy and zero-tolerance. If you dare question anything what time to eat what time to go to the bathroom what time to go to bed medication you will be ejected from the facility the matter what time of day or night it is and it will make sure the badger you and torture you before you go. The most unholy place I've ever been. The place is so bad it's a deterrent to ever be addicted again. It's very simple it's only purpose is a medication protocol there are Suboxone six days for pills or four days for heroine detox . Alcohol is Librium four days detox . If you leave early you will be humiliated regardless of how good you feel you cannot leave you will go a m a against medical advice and your insurance may not pay for it . They make every single person that goes there that does not come in an ambulance wait a minimum five hours sometimes nine downstairs on a plastic chair to suffer you want to make sure you're really really sick before you go in there and they do not hide this is a fact. Regardless of the horror they have AA and NA meetings all day long they do feed you and they will medicate you with non-habit-forming medicine except for the Suboxone and you will safely detox but the patient Bill of Rights mentions dignity and that's what's missing here. The Hospital should wipe out the entire staff and director and start over it's in a former mental institution by the way they should spend a few nights there .

st.clares hospital aka satan clares hospital is a war zone. they physically and mentally abuse patients. i was raped over and over again when i refused drugs and or questioned about the drugs. because i was smart and refused i got to see first hand how over medicated other patients were. it was the most disgusting thing i have ever seen. every employee in that hospital needs to be in jail. and they know who they are. im hoping someone sees this and responds.. we as patients have rights and what they are doing there is appalling. we should all pray for the patients in there right now.

I just got back from taking my mom to drop off clothes for my estranged brother. While staff members chit chatted we waited and waited at the visitor desk- while they looked at us. Finally I saw a women enter the room adjacent. I tapped on the glass, she looked me up and down, and said "I assume your checking in?" I am heavily tattooed and have facial piercings. I also have a doctorate in English, am a licensed teacher and work privately in pediatrics. How dare the staff judge anyone based on their appearance. They should know better than anyone to assume. When I told her I was looking for help, her response was "Um, well did you say excuse me and ask for help?" No lady, I just wanted to come bother you for fun?! Finally the people atthe visitors desk told us sorry, they also "assumed" we were being helped. Very Very rude!
