My son is waiting a bed there at Morris Village. I do not understand the reviews about how their not nice to the patients and when their hungery they cant eat. I hope I will not have to get my attorney envoled. this facility is to help , set by examples of positive poeple and a direction they can make it without substance abuse, not written up about eating. hope this does not occur.

i just left morris village the end of august 2011.I had a out break & dr.Car would not give me anything for it, when i told her i hadn't had a period in 4 months she perscribed mr stool softeners..They could really use a better educated doctor there..Ms.Jamie is by far a rude and unconcerned case manager. She deliberatly held me there a week longer than i shouldve been bcause i specifically asked when can i go? which is obviously a question that wont be answered there..The rudest nurse was nishell she cursed at me several times & she looks at you like you shouldnt dare talk to her just like the wilder beast ms.jamie..oh and be on your toes around nurse ginger she will write you up if you look at her wrong she is always watching you, other than that the place is ok for a rehab center although there is no freedom & no watching television monday thru thursday..the food is alright i thought...they have a beautiful lake out back that nobody is allowed to use that sucks!!and you will never be close enough to it to enjoy it so forget it what good is it?Billy Mosley is a great speaker i'll never forget him.

My family member just completed Morris Village and we are very happy with his experience. He has been to two private for-profit treatment centers over the last several years and this was the best experience he had. He was set up with an after-care plan and is now in a half-way house.

OMG! I was warned about the place but did think it COULD be that bad - it was worse. The most pathetic bunch of control freaks gone wild! They dehumanize the patients. You are not treated like a patient but like a criminal. The insance buch that call themself a treatment team need to get knoocked off their horse. They will meet their maker one day and then they will see what it's like to be locked in Hell and bossed around by the devil!! Bullies. Oh - and then there is the food - I lost 24 pounds in 28 days!!
