Not sure what facility the last 2 people went to but it certainly wasn't the one I went to. Turning Point saved my life. I spent 40 days there and found the staff to be very professional, caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fun to be around. Not to mention the food was freaking awesome, thanks Cookie. All costs and rules were explained very clearly to me before I made my decision to get treatment there. Perhaps the last two people should of opened there ears and paid closer attention to what they were being told. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that truly wishes to get clean and sober. I have been clean and sober for 151 days today and have no craving for alcohol after being a severe alchoholic for over 35 years. Thanks Turning Point, you not only saved my life but changed it forever.

Stay away! The therapy is less than professional, you pay alot of money and receive sessions with interns and therapists leading group sessions who are not competant to handle a group setting. Was promised if we paid up front we would receive the money back from the insurance company. They received over $13,000 from the insurance and refuse to refund the money. When checking in there were several things that weren't allowed and held in the office......they disappeared and TP refused to replace them. They are dishonest and will lie to you to get you to check in.
