They just gave a brain-damaged, bi-polar, psychotic, alcoholic 30 minutes to get out because she was arguing with them over medication. She is now wandering around in a snowstorm 800 miles from where I am. I have repeatedly told them about her issues but they are stubbornly insistent that she doesn't have the problems even though she has been diagnosed by numerous other professionals. They also seem to have a pattern of kicking people out before they've completed the program so that they can free up more beds. They seemed awfully anxious to get her in then nearly all communication stopped. They certainly didn't listen to me and didn't pay any attention to the previous diagnoses. In my opinion, they're incompetent at best. Don't trust them with your loved one.

They have very poor communication and diagnostic abilities. They kick people out of the program for things that THEY do or things caused by their own incompetence. Don't go there.

Details:

I went to the Lake based on their web site and all the programs they offered. I was convinced I was going to have a great experience, with all the nature trails and exercise thearopy. In reality, exercise involved walking in the parking lot, the only off ground events consited of the bowling ally and Walmart. Then they kicked me out at day 17 with no explaination.
