Terrible location. Pay to park or youre walking. I called and asked about parking as I was unfamiliar with the area and her response was "figure it out". Terrible ambiance...when you have to walk DOWN a step the minute you walk into a place thats pretty much a sign. Dirty... no plants, light. Just an uncomfortable place to be. Unfortunately for me I am experienced in attending these places and this is BY FAR the worst place of all...all they care about is the dollar.

This establishment was rude upon entry. They treat you like a slab of meat instead of an individual. I do not wish for anyone to be treated the way I was from these people. I would be happy to see Pioneer Human Services in Tacoma,WA shutdown for there poor services and high rates.

This facility was rude, wont return phone calls for days, Simply would not recommend any individual to go to this facility for help or any assessment. Pat the lead lady there is VERY RUDE and untimely on contacting individuals. This caused me to lose all services from dshs. Stay away from this facility for they are poorly put together and there methods are demeaning. I give this facility 1 star to none.
