I have been here 6 years. They have saved my life and if not for this treatment my kids would've been taken a long time ago. They have recently put in extra windows and I usually get to a window within 5-10 minutes. I've not waited more than 10 minutes I know in months. The nurses are really great and seem trustworthy. In the past they have had a problem with nurses. a couple of years ago one was stealing. I don't know if they found and fired her or what. But she's no longer there. The nurses now seem to do their job efficiently. I do not like being changed around from one counselor to another though. There seems to be a little miscommunication. I think it's because my counselor isn't quite doing things right. Although she is nice and I like her. The only thing I can complain about is being changed from counselors so often. Terry the head of the counselors has been there for quite a while and has done everything to be there for me. I feel that she does genuinely care about my well being and the well being of the patients there. I've been there for 6 years and can assure you that if you are going here for help you will get treated fairly. I'm not sure about the whole insurance situation. I have heard rumors that they do take Medicaid now. I have blue cross and they don't take it. But if I send blue cross my receipts they will reimburse me 60%

All they want is your money and do not care about the patients. The nurses steal drugs and water down the methadone and their teenage children are allowed in the drug rooms over the weekend!!!

This clinic has too many patients and not enough staff. There are usually about 100 people in line when I am there at 6 a.m. And there is only ONE nurse dosing, so the wait is about an hour. Yesterday I saw four people have to leave without their dose because they had to go to work. Two of them I saw leave the line the day before too. The girl behind me today showed me a young boy who was passing out against the wall and was talking to himself his eyes were wild. She told the counselor about it and all he did was to help the guy get back in line. She and I thought there was no way the nurse would dose him. But, she did. The same group of trouble makers jump line everyday causing arguments. This clinic is very poorly managed. Communication of important information is not effective. I learn more about what I need to do from the other addicts in line than I do from my counselor. When I ask him about something I heard in line, he says oh yes that's right. HA! I heard from someone else in line that the clinic in Williamson, WV has four nurses in line and it takes about 10 minutes to get through. The Clarksburg ctr is a joke and someone is making a whole lot of money and it's not the employees there that's for sure. I am considering starting a law suit against the corporation that runs the Clarksburg Treatment Center. As the other reviewer and myself stated, all this place does is make you want to use more drugs.

This facility has too many patients and not enough staff. I was denied a chance to get a counselor that I could talk to. I work two jobs and I am a full time student, as well as a patient at CKTC. I can only get to the center at 5:30am and have to be home by 6:30am since I drive my mother's car. I have to get it home for her to get to work. It takes me a half hour to get home. I need a counselor that is there at 6am and has the time to talk. My counselor does not have the time to talk, ever. People would race me to my old counselor's, who quit recently, office. They would beat me and then I would have to leave before seeing her because they would stay in her office for 20mins. Even if I had an appointment, she would take other people in front of me. My counselor now is always late, sick, and shows how unhappy she is with her job. They do not help me. All they want is a paycheck. They do not care about their patients. If someone needs help, go to a rehab somewhere else. THis place will do nothing but make you want to keep doing drugs. I have passed 7 drug tests, kept up my meetings with my counselor (even though I had to reschedule most and my counselor conveniently did not record that part in my chart), and I go to a group every Sunday. They still will not reevaluate me for my take homes on the week end. Like I said, I have a full-time job and a part time job and I am a full-time student.

This clinic is a joke. 100 people in line and only one nurse dosing. People skip in line everyday causing arguments. My counselor is young and I learn more from the other addicts in line than I do from him. The dr. takes her cell phone to group and answers it atleast 2-3 times without fail
