I couldn't ask for a more compassionate place to go. The counselor and his assistant were very kind. I feel I am on a stable path to recovery with the informative and productive group sessions. I felt understood and cared about. I would recommend to anyone seeking outpatient care.

The city of Lawrence is the worst place to live!! Full of thugs and want to be gangsters! Recently people are going around and pulling door mirrors off of cars for no reason at all. Also, the town is dirty and full of nosey people, everyone wants to get into your business around here. If you are the type that wants to be a wanna be gangsta this is the place for you!!

Administrator and Director of Nursing are rude and unprofessional. Nurses were poorly trained.

The overall health rating in Wyoming is fairly average. Our health care is poor because we only have one doctors office and one chiropractor office in our city. Wyoming also has only one option for a park and it is located at the far end of town with limited and outdated equipment. The only food options are to cook at home or order from the convience store or local tavern.

This is a small town with some charm. There aren't many choices for recreation or dining though. It is close by to other towns and cities that do have much more to offer. It has a good school system and has very affordable real estate. It reminds me of Mayberry off of the Andy Griffith Show.

The pharmacist and staff are the most helpful I have every encountered. They take the time to help me whenever I need.

They hand out coupons for free assessments to PD's to give to their clients for DUI, etc cases. To be certified in WA they must recommend a minimum diagnosis for you to attend a 8 hr class, but in reality they look at your income and whether or not you're insured more than your answers and history. Im 35, 1st time offense .09 3 years ago, which was reduced to Neg. Driving. I havent drank in a year, and passed their surprise urinlysis at the end of the interview. I had a previous assessment done out of state, and they determined my occasional alcoholic beverage was perfectly normal for someone my age, but the center wasnt recognized by WA. A Healthy Risk then determined I have to do months of meetings as a outpatient, because I make decent money and havve good insurance. What a scam they and the local gov. have going.

i find this facility, very carring and extreamly suficient/helpful to patients needs. since my initial participation, begining in the late 90s, my experience with, helping hand, has been nothing but positive. should issues develope concerning program protocol/treatment, the situation is handled in a most professional manner. helping hand, offers insight and the understanding necessary to achieve the path to recovery. helping hand, has my graditude and appreciation for a program second to none. sincerely, frank

the nurses treated dad with the utmost respect

They are an amazing home health care organization, and I would not use any other locally. The nursing care is excellent as well as the physical therapy. They are a strong Christian organization. That is hard to find these days. I recommend them any time I am asked.

This is the best home health agency ever! Mom had been in and out of the local hospital and had used several of the agencies in the area including ETMC but no one had more compassion and caring than these people. I highly recommend them. Mom is getting well by staying home with their care.

A-1 provided excellent service for my mother and personally helped me understand and obtain the best level of care for her. Their personal service has been extremely help especially since I live in another state.

Was a deaf patient, enrolled and set up an interperter in a week's advance, Anne Larsen never got me interperter in, and when class started she said to me " you don't need an interpeter, we will talk loud and slowly to you " Missed 6 weeks of lectures and Group thanks to Anne Larsen's "nonexistant concern", it appears she cares more about slapping fees and fines that she keeps forgetting to mark down in her damn book,tryin to accuse me of being absent for a day i clearly remember loathing class cuz i could had been at an bbq. I hope her annoyin dog thats in the class room bothering everyone during group enjoys poopin on all the damn receipts Anne Drops under her desk. Maybe you need some glasses Anne. DO NOT GO TO A-1 Soulutions in everett or you will suffer like i did P.S. The judge dropped the case on me after i told him about this :)...Someone needs to take this old Cocakoo out of the pigeon pen I am very very serious.

Omnicure Home Health, although a small startup agency but provided very good care for my mom. Most of the time their skilled nurses and physical therapists showed up on time. They were very courteous and sincere. My mom was very happy.

The people at this agency are so nice and caring. I am glad I switched.

Considering NO ONE would help me help my mother out of our car(she could not walk) and into the hospital in what was an emergency, which I later had to do myself by going back in and asking for a wheelchair, I am rather upset with the front office staff. The nurses working in the back where the patients rooms are are wonderful people, but the receptionist is what really got to me. I asked for something simple, help in getting my mother into the waiting room, and instead was left to do it myself, panicking, of course, in what was an emergency situation. It took approximately an hour before my mother was called in and roomed, and more than an hour later after that we were finally seen by a doctor.

Very unhappy with the treatment of my family member, fell with fractures and was being assisted with a CNA who was chatting and not paying attention to what she was doing. The incident was reported until 24 hours later

NOTE: I filled in the above blanks because the form forced me to. After one visit, we decided NOT to use this facility. First impression: the "front" door -- which is around the back -- has seven steps to reach the door! (The other entrance, at ground level, is difficult to find). Second, we were shown around by an uninterested/bored RN who was curt and seemed reluctant to spend more than about 10 minutes with us. Finally -- the clincher -- the smell of stale urine overwhelmed us when we got off the elevator at the patient floor. Worse than the smell of a bus-station men's room. In addition, we visited after dinner and the halls were filled with drowsy (drugged??) patients who showed no spark -- though all seemed clean and well cared-for. Questions: rdanca@gmail.com

I am an 87 year old female who is veary pleazed with this place og business.

It's unfortunate that our elders are put in such a facility were some of the workers do not care. The state should supervise this facility on a regular basis. This nursing home needs major changes not only to the appearance of the building but it also needs a shake down with the employees. Some are rude and can careless.

The staff had the wrong reason for my father being admitted in his file, did not feed him or give him water for three days and the doctors could not be bothered to speak to me or my mother about my father.

Arrogant attending physician in ED and resident. Poor nursing care in ED and on floor. I hated the place.

Grossly Understaffed with nurses. No one available to get patients out of bed/bed pan/excessive use of catheder because of this. Total lack of care of patients not due to poor nursing but due to poor scheduling or Lack of Nurses. Dr's unwilling to give information about patient. Arrogance by most doctors and uncaring attitude about their patients.

THEY HAVE NO BLACK PATIENTS, AND THEY HAVE NO BLack EMPLOYEES, MY SON was employed there 3 years (african american) He was treated very unfair,(first rehab net) their rehab department.

all they care about is their money, they only care about staff performance when thing heat-up. they treat their staff with disrespect, management is very rude.

Acadia NW simply wants your money. They do not care if you get the treatment you need as long as they get paid. If you are unable to pay them, they refuse to let you go to your next class, yet they charge you for it in your absence, in addition to giving you an extra fee for a UA. So if you can't afford your payment for they day, they refuse to treat you, and charge you more. They give you no end date of treatment, and will not allow you to stop treatment until your bill is completely paid. If you can't afford to pay each payment in full up front it is a black hole of money, you will loose, and the Lexus driving so-called councelors, who may also be the son of the owner with no actual experience treating people, will only be wealthier.

This agency is now located in Ypsilanti Michigan and under new management. They were given an award for their excellence in patient care by CHAP.

Very professional and caring staff.

The owner and his staff selective listens and selective provides different levels of serivce. Some customers are given the red carpet treatment while others are ignored. It is really too bad, since the owner is setting the example.

Very hard to communicate with, only one of the staff spoke english, I asked the staff that spoke english why that was and it was eluded to that the owner does not like American workers, he was Canadian.
