Details:

Some of the RN staff are very rude as is the medical director. If you ask for help they act like you ate their first born and if you are struggling with your bags they will not offer help. The overall attitude is we are here to make sure you get your treatment and get out the door alive. I understand burnouts but don’t pass it on to your patient by wearing attitude t-shirt that say don’t gain it, we won’t pull it. I feel it’s discouraging and where we are at kind word of encouragement may prove a better outlook. God for bid you need to come off the machine to use restroom. If you make a habit (more than 1a week) you will be threatened to be moved to a later time so the person who gets on machine isn’t late. There were several times when I was on 2nd shift and had to wait up to 45 minutes sometimes before my seat was ready. This place is a mess. I pray, I cry, before I go to my treatment, this place will bring you down.
