Details:

There is really nothing good to say about this clinic any longer. You can never reach a doctor or have a message or call returned. Clinic is at a minimum an hour late every day and sometimes longer because staff doesn't show or something is broken. No courtesy call given if they are more than two hours behind. Cockroaches have been seen and, in the past, there have been rumors of a rat or two from staff. Very high staff turn over for charge nurses and techs. Appointment times are disregarded by staff and they take in whomever they want next.
