My mother has been coming here for the past two years. I cannot emphasize enough just how grateful we are for the care she receives from this facility and the staff. They are, without a doubt, the most genuinely caring medical staff we have ever dealt with.

Details:

The technicians here DO NOT WEIGH the patients themselves. They expect the EMTs that pick up and drop off the patients to do it. However, EMTs are NOT trained in dialysis or in weighing patients. The technicians at DCI are lazy and DO NOT care about the accurate weight of your loved one. An error in weight could be fatal. You need to DEMAND that DCI technicians do the weighing, NOT the ambulance/chair care personnel.
