Overall lack of cleanliness evident in public areas. Dress and attitude of staff less than professional. It's the only game in town and they don't care what you think. If you want to live, you have to come here.

Details:

The first week we were there, a nurse tossed a rag to another nurse and hit a patient instead. That gave me an idea of the lack of professionalism found in this facility. It has been two months and no doctor has checked on my husband's progress (or lack thereof). The nurses and techs watch the numbers, but care little about a patient's overall health. Information provide is usually badly copied and badly written. The decor can only be described as "ghetto laundromat."
