Details:

the head nurses Eric and Angela need to have their arm strapped to a chair for 4 hours after they have done their 8 hour shift. Maybe they would have a little more compassion for the people who have to sit there not because they want to but because they HAVE to. Maybe taking their break would mean a little less if they showed a little mercy to the people who have to sit there. They are rude, take care of the ones they like, they ALWAYS just walk in and have a sit right away while others wait an hour. They need to be retrained. Everyone should be treated equal, and they don't and you can't complain to anyone because they all have each others back.
