Despite numerous complaints and or concerns regarding patient safety issues, personal attacks,threatening behaviors, the management/ regional management seem unable and or unwilling to problem solve around the above issues apparently hoping the problems will self resolve or the patients will resolve it themselves and they will or have to engage in performance improvement as a measure of quality improvement.
