The staff are extremely unfriendly, seemingly uncaring, rushing treatment on/off machine, terrible attitudes. This is experienced both with patient and with patient transport of care. Really NEED better staff & remove at least the one nurse that seems to think shes' the boss. Very bad attitude & personality. When calling about a family member she was extremely hateful, degrading about the patient, had NO compassion whatso ever, very upseting & negative about ALL inquiries regarding the care & treatment given to her patient. IF not for the NEED of this "care facility" & desire for LIFE of this patient, I WOULD NEVER recommend the nursing staff at the gallipolis, ohio area. This is a place where you are afraid to say anything because it is needed to live. But i can assure you, I am not the only one that has noticed the horrible quality of care that is given to patients starting at the front door. What ever happened to quality of care, where patients needs come first, where you were treated with true compasion? Families are made to feel like they are in the way, unwanted, when they too are ALSO a part of what is happening to their loved ones. What a horrible nightmare to have to go thru dyalsis, but to have to be thru the horrible chair care that is given is most unexcusable. Shame on the nursing staff that talk so terrible to their patient. I am Not mentioning the one nurse's name because you requested no names...but frankly she has no business working with patients with her attitude and hateful attitude.
