I like the unit it is keep very clean. But the unit always runs short of staff. I find when they train someone they start them with the patients before they finish their training. This has cause for many mistakes

June 20 -I normally never have a bad thing to say about this center but today was just too much! There appears to be trouble staffing the unit correctly. Many families must wait an 1 to 2 hours or longer before their family member is called for their appointment time of 2:00, 3:00 or 4:00. So everyone is behind by an hour or usually much longer. The staff are taking there problems out on the patients and families. I think something like quality control or a regional manager should get involved in what is happening here. I am sure there are other places to go to make complaints.
