My wife is currently in Dialysis in a Beaumont Dialysis Clinic in Rochester Hills Michigan. She has lupus and kidney disease. I´m working in VW in Auburn Hills Michigan and I received the proposal from my boss to move to Chattanooga, Then in order to make a decision we need to know which type of requirements does DCI has to receive a new patient? I really apreciate your answer to: juan.rivera@vw.com.mx
Can you let me know it?
Also she need to be attended by a Nephrologist and by a Rheumatologist, and we are sure you know some, can you recommend to us?
Thanks in advance, and best regards!
