Details:

Have not provided aides for father in law for weeks they have been absent more than present - leaving daughter in law to work 12 hour job and come home and care for father in law which requires lift diaper changing, bathing and bed - all the peoplei n hte world out of work and they can not find aides - As an administrator myself when staff are absent I have to fill in - time for administration to care for their patients
