I am extremely unsatissifed with this service. I was afraid to complain after the first time for I thought the service and care of my Mother would worsen and I had to wait until she was released and the family had to closely monitor. The staff in Casper for the most part were good. However Jackie, who never missed a chance, through her Bubble gum poppin, to let us all know SHE IS THE BOSS....WE COULD CARE LESS. She appeared to be on a EGO trip and made my mom upset numerous times...totally a woman with no professionalism. She was my moms worse nightmare. She does not know how to deal with the elderly whom have been injured and is concerned only for herself and making sure everyone knows SHE IS THE BOSS...She repeatedly humiliated my mom andour family, made comments that were not acceptable and certainly unprofessional. I feel for any elderly person with no family who would have to subjected to her ego and humiliation. She is horrible and threatens to cancel her service and she just doesnt have that power. The service in general would be below average, with some very nice individuals but mostly their good charecter is smudged by the attitude AND DIRECTION OF THE BOOS, JACKIE. We have let our concerns be know once and were treated like garbabe and it then affected my moms care by Jackie. We have let our Doctors know and everyone else we can spread the word to that if god forbid, they are in neeed of a service such as Sharons....run fast...do not pass go and certainly do not use this service if you have loved ones you care about
