Details:

Support staff great but they donot discuss treatment or reasons for certain medications and donot bother checking history prior to asking questions expecting patient yo have all the answers donot give patient the options for treatment and tend nof to review other medications patient is on

Details:

Came in to hospital at 4:00 am and its 6:30 and still haven't been seen! If its a hospital emergency room then why the long wait??????emergency room staff sitting around gossiping and laughing loudly and looking at theyre pay stubs online during work hours!!!
