A relative is there and receiving poor quality care in that the response time from staff is POOR, sometimes 30-40 minutes after pushing the button for help. Also close monitoring is not done on a regular basis; don't seem knowledgeable enough to foresee problems that require calling the doctor or further testing. It's a small hospital branch with a larger main hospital in Titusville, perhaps it is better.
