Details:

Virtually no staff in the Blood test area wears a mask... until a patient enters the area. Too late then as the area's air is possibly already contaminated ! In the pre-op preparation area, a large number of nurses and doctors do NOT wear masks ! Same for post-op area. Saw virtually no regular use of hand sanitizer, even prior to putting on gloves, which were pulled from the box. The usual part of the gloves handled first . . . were the fingers ! of the gloves, thus contaminating them.

Will no longer recommend this hospital to anyone. Reason: Billing Practices Mountain View Hospital chose to sue me over a $300 bill. A phone call to me to ask for payment would have been more appropriate but instead they chose a direct route to the courts for payment. Needles to say - they have lost my business. I have heard complaints from others as well about the lack of public relations skills by the front desk staff as well and as a result will not return to this facility either.
