Details:

These folks are mostly incompetent. Ask a question not to their pleasure - and you'll get an attitude from them. They do not follow their own policies, processes, and procedures - which change at a moments notice. Challenge them about this and you'll get you head bitten off...not to mention wait, wait, and wait some more! Although there are a few hidden people, who know what they are doing, they are hard to find. I hope I don't need critical care from this hospital. Patient Bill of Rights - ha ha, that's a good one.

This is one of the best hospitals in the country and Dr.Kenneth Stout is the reason why.In 1976 I was a young nurse and worked at the hosp.I am retired now But tell the old goat a friend of Bernice Hamilton will never forget him Greg Duryea formerly of Bird City KS now retired 616 755 2682 gregory.duryea.rn@gmail.com
