We went to the ER last week. The doctor saw my mother for a total of about 15 seconds. All he did was place the stethascope on her chest. And colcluded she had the flu. And then rushed out of the room. When asked questions the nurse was VERY rude. In the mean time there were many employees sitting around the nurses station doing nothing. Something needs to be done about the quality of care at this hospital. Next time I will take my chances and travel to a farther hospital. I will NEVER again return to VRH Er. And I will advise many other people to do the same.
