My 25 year old daughter was killed at Charlton Methodist, the nephrologis said "we let her cook in the er last night". My daughter was a healthy human, had no known medical conditions. It took this hospital 15 hours to transfer her to ICU. It was too late. She died 3 days later massive sepsis.

I had a mammogram done at this hospital and my shoulder was severely injured, because the tech would not release the machine when I told her Oh no ouch my shoulder is in the machine please release it and she said "oh you will be ok it will only take a few seconds". I had to go have an MRI and I found out that I two of my tendons are fraying and one tendon is torn. I have been in severe pain since the accident. I reported the accident to the hospital and I have been treated terrible. I will never go to this hospital again and I will make sure to tell everyone what happened to me at Charlton Methodist Hospital.

I went to Charlton Methodist emergency room in the middle of the night for severe flank and back pain. I finally got to a room and they rushed me through like I was nothing. I told them I have chronic kidney disease. They acted like it didn't matter and when the doctor came in he looked, from across the room, at my urine sample still sitting on the table from an hour ago and said from the way it looked I had a kidney infection. He did not even feel my kidneys for swelling, which I had. He did not examine me at all. I was concerned about a stone and also about the damage the kidney infection could do to my function, but they never even responded to me about that. No tests were done. I was in severe pain. I was brought Norco about an hour and a half after being there and I told the nurse Norco causes vomiting and I couldn't take it. They never came back in to give me any other pain medication and when I asked them for something else for the pain, the nurse told me the doctor was not going to give me anything, except the Norco that makes me sick. They told me I could go home and that I could go to the 24-hour pharmacy to get my medicine; that nothing would be given to me for my pain. All in all, very poor care, very poor treatment, very poor staff. I should have stayed at home and got better care. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
