my father wants to come to slc for an inpatient smoking cessation treatment
Details:

My father has smoked for about 5 years, has trouble quitting, wants to come to SLC for inpatient treatment (his insurance will cover it), he was a Judge in Illinois so he has excellent coverage. Is there such a place. Please email me at johndeporter@yahoo.com
