Details:

was admitted for leg infection, spent two days in ICU. Wound on leg was never looked at by wound care or dressing applied. Day after moved out of ICU, staff nor MD visited until after 1300 and then it was a specialist that was mad that the condition should not have been undertaken at PVH and I was quickly transferred to LDS. Records provided to LDS were not complete. And never were forwarded to LDS even with a request.
