Details:

the social worker told my mother that the two local brian centers would not take my father due to him being overweight. she instead told her that the golden living center in clifton was the only place local to take him in. we have since found out that that is discrimination and also she never even contacted either brian center and my father is being abused at the golden living center. that is why you got this rating.
