Details:

I took my elderly mother to Bon Secours as it is the closest to us. She had severe abdominal and rectal pain which she rated as an 8 in triage at the ER. We sat for almost six hours in the waiting room with no updates or any consideration for her pain. Once they checked her vital signs to make sure she didn't die in their waiting room. This is by far the slowest hospital we have been to for any reason. The staff is unfriendly and borders on rude when you ask questions. They offer nothing to do in the waiting room except for one small TV. The chairs are uncomfortable and sticky. Am I expected to believe that there is not a single room available in a hospital this size? I will never return to this hospital for any reason. It is worth the extra fifteen miles to go to a hospital that acts quickly and professionally.
