Come on it don't take 3 and a half hours to do paper work. I wouldn't bring a dieing rat to this hospital. Terrible staffing very uncaring and un professional I wouldn't recommend this so called hospital to anyone at all for any reason. Stay as far away as you can. It should be closed down!!!

My toddler needed a foreign object removed from his nose. He was in no distress, but leaving it overnight not recommended. The time according to medical records to being called back to discharge is seven minutes. A P.A. carried out the procedure without difficulty, no MD examined, nor was it necessary. I was billed for a surgical procedure by both the hospital and the physician group for a total of $1799.00. Previous visits to the other local ER have never resulted in bills that high and involved extensive M.D. time. We would likely use this ER again if ER physician group was better managed as far as billing practices.

ER visit for something in eye. Dr. didn't even know how to use light. Dropped products on dirty floor and continued to use. Totally unprofessional, talked about how medical equipment gave her a migraine. Didn't know anything! Horrible bedside manner. Horrible professionalism. Horrible Dr.. Took almost 4 hrs to look at eye then didn't do anything. Charged $1000. for visit. I recommend everyone to avoid this dump of a medical facility and go to a good veterinarian instead! You would get better more professional treatment.
