This place is a living nightmare. Dirty, smells horrible, unfriendly staff. Apparently they don’t know when the phone rings answer it when a resident pushes there button for help come help them not just turn the call light off. When a resident or family member is standing in front of you acknowledge them. Remember the saying treat others as you want to be treated. Treat them how you would want your family member treated. They are humans with feelings just like you. If resident needs help nurses you are not to good to help them if CNA is unavailable. It’s bad enough to have to put a family member in a place like this without having unnessary worries and aggravations to deal with.
