New Resident Care Is Questionable

New Resident Care Is Questionable
Details:

Since checking into this location in Willowbend Rehab my sister has received minimal care in regards to a written plan for her recovery after having a stroke on June 6th of 2012. I have been told that care has or will be given but, staff says that I can not be given anything in writting to show what exactly has been or will be done. Would like to know why not have something in a resident chart format to show progress one way or another. Although the staff is always kind, I would like to have them also be compassionate in it's regard to concerned family members.
