My uncle has to put on the light numerous times just to have help to get up to go to the bathroom. He is still has all his facilities and it is upsetting to me that he has such a hard time getting up to go to the bathroom.

The caring atmosphere is apparent from the moment we entered the front door. My mother had only nice things to say about the care. She was recovering from heart surgery and highly recommend this place.

my mother had to be removed from the facility and taken to the ER after 2 1/2 days at Ludlow with kidney failure and other ailments due to neglect.
