The were not able to treat pressure sores that worsened over time. This lead to complete inmobility for the patient. Staff had a general lack of caring and complete disdain for the patients family. The best to describe it is lack of heart. Upon moving to a new facility, pressure sores were aggressively treated and cured but too late for the patient who died.
