Horrible administration who brushes you off. Complete lack of compassion. Staff never available when needed in emergency situations. Residents left on bed pans. Night staff ignores or yells at residents for bothering them. Would NEVER recommend this facility.

My Aunt was a resident there for 4 months. She had 8 falls in that time. We used to go in and find her without any oxygen in her tank. Lastly she sat there for 3 days with pneumonia before they did anything to help her. She ended up going to the hospital where she passed away. Never received one apology from them. They even had the nerve to send us a bill for 25 cents after she passed away.
