The administrator JANET! is the worst I ever seen. SHE IS A BULLY! SHE BRINGS DOWN BLACK EMPLOYEES and treats them like slaves. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID WE HAD TO FIGHT TO GET A BONUS AND EXTRA PAY. SHE DOES NOT APPRECIATE A SINGLE BLACK NURSE THERE. LET ALONE A NURSE WHO WILL SPEAK HER MIND ON THE BULLSHIT SHE CAUSES TO THIS FACILITY. SHE THINKS BECAUSE SHE BEEN DOING THIS JOB FOR YEARS SHE CAN TREAT ANYONE IN SUCH WAY. IT'S REALLY ASHAMED THAT CORPORATE LET HER GET AWAY WITH THIS! I HAD A EMPLOYEE WHO WORKED HER VERY BEST DURING DIFFICULT TIMES GET TREATED LIKE SHIT. SHE'S SO WORRIED ABOUT A PERSONS ATTITUDE BUT DOESNT KNOW THAT SHE IS THE CAUSE!!!!!! NOBODY IS GOING TO SMILE IF THEY KNOW YOU MAKE BULLY COMMENTS ABOUT THEM IN MEETINGS. LET ALONE A NURSE WHO WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
