This place has declined badly. Residents wait up to 2 hrs for sanitary changes. Staff turnover is high and few workers show up. Medication slip ups too often.

Consulate Healthcare in West Palm beach, this facility should be raided and shutdown. This facility should be investigated for wrongful firing, as well as LPN discriminating factors by the corporate of CONSULATE HEALTHCARE.
