This place smells from the time you enter the building. The time it takes to change someone or take them to bathroom is maybe never to real long. It depends who is socializing in the hallway. Facility is very run down. The rooms appear to have not been remodeled in years. In addition, the only outside area is where you come in the facility which deemed quote "their outside area" I also was informed they had a lock down outside area which turned out to be a lie. There are no individual full bathroom facilities. The bathrooms are the old small ones with no showers. Its like walking back in time with this place. The excuse that they are a small facility is not acceptable. I have been to other small facilities and none look like this place.
