Lack of care, refused to call ambulance when gma was having a heart attack, time she got to the hospital heart rate was 212BMP, has caused bruises, tears in her skin, very rough, no interaction

This provider gives out personal and confidental information about the patients to just anyone that calls. My grandmother is in this facility and it is a dump i do not recommend it to anyone.
