Nsg Staff neglected my mother. On several occasions we observed staff ignoring alarms. One evening my mother fell, cutting her ear. She was transported to hospital ED. Her wound required 10 stitches to close. It was a serious setback in her recovery. The private rooms & facility were clean & well maintained.
