Details:

Very long waits for help, aids are careless, snotty and rude. Much emotional complaining among residents. Unsanitary conditions, Many irritations. Terrible food. I wouldn't want my loved ones staying here. Place of last resort. Better than being homeless. Look elsewhere. Much luck.
