Dr. Avram great caring doctor. Maybe they are understaffed but no excuse for majorit of nurses and their attitudes - rude, intimidating. No meds ever ever received on time. If you have a loved one that needs to be there - do not leave them alone!

The isurance company is Senior Dimensions Medicare HMO. The care at Harmon was the worst I've ever seen, and I've worked in long term care. I live a long distance from Las Vegas, and was unable to be there daily. My father nearly died of neglect under their care. He developed a pressure ulcer, and was inches away from malnutrition, all on a very short period of time. Thank God I was able to get him out of there. He is now thriving. I hope that they lose their medicare funding and that they can no tout themselves as an acute rehab facility.

The information cited in your description of Harmon is inaccurate. There are FAR more than two beds in the facility. Even if you were referring to medicare beds, I am fairly certain that there are more than two.
